Booking and Appointment Policy

  • Booking: To secure your tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required for regular appointments. For full-day bookings, a deposit of £150 is required. These deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo session.

    • Deposit Non-Refundable: Your deposit is non-refundable unless I cancel or reschedule your appointment. If I reschedule your appointment, the deposit can either be returned to you or transferred to a future appointment date, based on your preference.

  • Consultations: Consultations are generally conducted online unless I specifically ask or require you to come into the studio.

  • Design Approval:

    • Designs will be shown to you a couple of days before your appointment.

    • Please do not contact me to see designs beforehand, as I will not respond.

    • If the design is completely changed after it has been shown to you, your appointment may be rescheduled, and you may be required to pay a new deposit.

    • Please do not demand priority in the design process. All designs will be handled in the order they were received.

Payment Policy

  • Pricing: Tattoo prices are provided before the appointment and will be based on size, complexity, and placement. A final price will be agreed upon before the session begins.

  • Per Piece Pricing: I charge for tattoos on a per-piece basis rather than an hourly rate. This is because I tattoo faster than average, and pricing reflects the design, size, and detail of the piece, rather than the amount of time spent on it.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full on the day of the tattoo session. Cash is preferred, but I also accept bank transfer or PayPal as alternative payment methods.

Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: By receiving a tattoo, you confirm that you are in good health and do not have any conditions that could affect the tattoo process or healing, such as allergies, skin conditions, or blood disorders. Any health issues related to the application or healing of the tattoo must be disclosed on the consent form or prior to the appointment.

  • Age Restrictions: No tattooing will be done on clients under 18 years old, under any circumstances. ID is required at the appointment to verify age.

  • Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to meet health requirements.

 Tattoo Aftercare

  • Aftercare Instructions: Following your tattoo session, I will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing and minimize infection.

  • Healing Time: Healing times can vary. Typically, healing takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the tattoo's location, size, and your body's healing process.

  • Touch-ups: Touch-ups are always free unless there is evidence that the tattoo has been interfered with during the healing process (e.g., scratching, picking, or improper aftercare). This is limited to one free touch-up per tattoo.

 Risks

  • Inherent Risks: Tattoos involve certain risks, such as infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and dissatisfaction with the final result. By booking an appointment and receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Rescheduling, Tapping Out, and No-Show Policy

  • Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours’ before the scheduled date, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment once.

    • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will lose your deposit.

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit for any future appointments.

  • Tapping Out: If you choose to tap out or leave a tattoo session before it is completed, you will be asked to pay a new deposit for your next session. This deposit will include a standard set-up fee of at least £50 to cover equipment and time costs associated with the finishing session .

  • Full-Day Bookings: If you tap out of a full-day booking, you will not be able to transfer the remaining hours to another appointment.

  • If the tattoo is completed and you are withholding payment I may contact small claims court.

Data Protection

  • Media and Photography: I may take photographs of your tattoo for promotional purposes. By receiving a tattoo, you grant me permission to use these images on my website, social media, and other marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or receiving a tattoo from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
